Ruben Kruger passed away on Wednesday 27.01.2010 after a long battle with a cancerous tumor on his brain. Ruben is leaving behind his wife, Lize, and 2 young daughters. Ruben also left a legacy behind, a legacy of an ultimate warrior on the rugby field, a decorated World Cup winner in 1995 and a fearsome flanker for the Blue Bulls, a gentleman off the field, and last but most important a devout believer in Jesus Christ. Ruben impressed me so much through the years that i named my one and only son after him.

I remember Ruben visiting prophet TB Joshua in Nigeria after the tumor had been identified. I am sure he totally believed God would heal him, and the prophet proclaimed him healed, thus for many years after he did not have any scans. In the end the tumor either reoccurred or never was healed, and he died at age 39. That was yesterday.

This is remembering Ruben for the fabulous moments he gave us, he was someone who made us pround to be South Africans and afrikaners.

Rest in peace brother, till the end!

While people around the world are pondering on what Obama will do, or who he will turn out to be, let us not be in darkness, because we are of the Light.

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Let us focus on spreading the good news of the Kingdom of God. Till the end..

 

 

America has decided. And by their own hands they will perish.

 

It was really predictable, as the whole world is rushing towards the end. A mere ten years ago you wouldn’t have dreamed of seeing a socialist, who is pro-abortion, being elected into the White House by popular vote. Times have changed. The world is awaiting its messiah. ONLY it will be the false messiah first, and he will be accepted. It is being proven over and over again. With the Lakeland disaster. With the American elections. Because they loved not the truth..

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Most of proffessing christians, mostly in the US, but all over the world really know Him only by name, but do not keep His commandments. Thus the lukewarm church age that is being spewed out by God YHWH.

Let us walk in spirit and in truth as our Heavenly Father wants us to!!

While the whole of America is holding her breath to see what the outcome of perhaps the most important election in her history will be, us on the outside have a pretty clear picture of where America and the whole globe really, is heading.

Only God can save America now, and i’m not convinced that God will. It might be God’s will that she fall. Depends on how late it is in the bigger picture..

50% of Americans view Obama as the new light of America, unbelievable in the sense of the fact that he is a unknown quantity, with a questionable background, and yet the world is ripe for change, and that is where we’re heading. 

Let us pray for America, the picture i’m seeing is that of Titanic, after they had received the warnings, went ahead and put on more speed, all because of vanity, and we know the end of that. America’s end will be according to God’s will and timetable. 

It certainly will not make a difference who is elected, in the end all comes down to the Light of this world, and while He was here, they knew Him not. We are not of the darkness, we are of the light, because we believe in the Light,  that is Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, who came to earth as Redeemer of a sinful world, died on a cross, and lived again, and He is coming back to take His throne.

Come quickly, Lord Jesus, is my prayer tonight.

An interesting observation for the day.. For many of us who know we are living in the very last days, this is not unexpected, but for the rest, the billions just living as if we have a 100 years to live out, some truth out of an unexpected source..

But he also felt that South Africans were not aware enough that they were living through a severe global crisis due to their relative protection.

“I can tell you we are living through a major crisis not seen maybe since the 1930′s,” he emphasized.

He said he had viewed the handing over by Goldman Sachs of their investment banking license as “the end of the world”.

“Then I thought this thing is much more serious than we think it is,” he said.

Mboweni says his own rough calculations put the losses banks have at $1.5 trillion.

“We have not seen much of that,” he added.

He said that the nationalisation of banks had been seen as taboo before, but was now being employed by even conservative governments.

“The world as we know it has changed, but it is difficult to make sense in SA,” he concluded.

It must be granted that he is looking out at things from the top of the Reserve Bank Tower, and having been in economics for 20 years, should have a better understanding of the world of money( or money of the world), but to his credit, he is actually seeing the end of the world as we used to know it, and many billions out there will never know… Till the end come, that is the biggest mayor deception known to mankind.

 

Mat. 24:13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

 

Who will be prepared to endure to the end?

During the last week i’ve noticed Promise Keepers signs all over Auckland. Interesting, because although you have a fair number of churches over here, especially Baptist, Anglican and Catholic, New Zealand is a country not rooted in a Christian believe system, but much more European in its viewpoints, and mostly atheistic.

 

The truth is that the Promise Keepers Movement is really old news in the US, dating back to the 90′s, around 1995. Some more truth is that when you look at their statement of faith and their 7 promises it seems like truth, but somewhere under the cover the enemy has poisoned the roots and is having a field day.

The problem is that the underlying message is a message of reconciliation, and the main aim is unity, as in one world religion. Proof of this is the acceptance by the founders of Promice Keepers of the Catholic church into the body of Christ, but this is not new news. We saw John Hagee apologising to the Catholic church for previously portraying her as the whore of Revelation. We saw the pope attending Youth day in Australia. We see prominent leaders in the Charismatic/ Pentecostal movement in the US being recognized Knights of Malta, with only accountability to the pope.

Promise keepers theme is militaristic, with a logo of Leave no man behind. This fits neatly into the bigger picture of a new spiritual, war-like church aka Joel’s Army, that will according to them, rise to conquer the world for Christ.

The truth is that they will conquer the world for a christ, but not Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Saviour of those that believe in Him. Our Saviour do not need us to conquer the world for him, its the other way around, He has already conquered, and will return to take to His throne. 

As for us relying on the Truth as He was given to us by our Heavenly Father, let we never forsake the true message and gospel. Let us stand strong till the end. He who endures to the end will be saved. Let that be our reminder.

Do not be misled, dear brothers and sisters!

Do we confessing Christians have any idea what it is to die daily?

 

 

Our King of Kings and Lord of Lords:

Luke 9:23 -  Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let
him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

And then the apostle Paul:

1 Corinthians 15:31 -  I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Christ
Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

To die daily means to crucify the flesh everyday, to do what Jesus would have done and to read, listen, think his words and examples every single day till the glorious return of our King.

Most important dear friends, take Jesus’s specific words as recorded in the Holy Spirit inspired scriptures, and live them, and die by them, and we shall be victorious in the end.
