As light is the opposite of darkness, the same with truth and lies. There is one Truth: John 14:6 the Way, the Truth and the Life, and there is the father of lies, a murderer from the beginning, and still ruler over this earth, and he is called satan aka Lucifer, aka the devil.
The mystery of God has been revealed to us, that when Jesus died on the cross, being ressurrected, ascending to heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father, He, the Lamb of God, obtained salvation for everybody and not just Israel, every single one of us.
Therefore if you can believe this Good News with all you heart, then do as Jesus said in Mark 16:16 He that believes and is baptised will be saved.
This writer has said a prayer for salvation at age 12, not knowing what was required to live a life victorious in Christ, lost his way totally, became the worst of sinners, deserving death, but through the grace of God, saw the Light, repented of sin and is now looking to carry this message of the blessed hope to anyone and everybody who is searching for truth.
My prayer is that you find the still waters and green pastures David described in Ps 23.
